Please make sure the output voltage your device uses is within 15V to 24V. You can find the output voltage on your laptop or the original ac adaptor that comes with your device.2. Find the correct connector by trying to plug it in the device. We recommend plugging the connector in the device before it is plugged into the AC Adapter.3. Select the correct voltage (determined by your laptop) just by simply moving the voltage switch button with your finger.brbCustomer Review:/b Finally, a good universal laptop charger cordbrAfter my pathetic targus cord stopped working, I was forced to find another, and quick. Luckily I found this bad boy. This adapter looks much like something that is worth the money, and it is. It also has 3 prongs instead of the Targuss 2, which makes it much safer for the user. Also, adapters are straight and small, which mimic more the original cord, instead of taking up more space like the Targus one I had that went left to right. It has a little bigger brick, but at least it works. It has a voltage option on the side as well, which I think will make it work better than one that does not have this option. However, Im not an electrician, so take that with a grain of salt. So if you need a laptop cord, you should definitely consider this one.brbCustomer Review:/b Works fine; be sure to set voltage switchbrLaptop powers up just fine now, after leaving its original power adaptor behind in the hotel. Looks like this adaptor will work fine. The only thing to watch out for is to make sure to set the voltage switch properly before plugging it into your laptop. You have to check the label on the laptop to see what voltage it needs, and then set this adaptors voltage switch to match.br clear=allbrbra href=http://astore.amazon.com/air.compressors.for.sale.reviews-20Air Compressors Reviews/abra href=http://astore.amazon.com/keen.shoes.on.sale-20Keen Shoes Sale/abra href=http://astore.amazon.com/zero.turn.mowers.for.sale.reviews-20Zero Turn Mowers for Sale/abra href=http://astore.amazon.com/petunia.pickle.bottom.diaper.bags.sale-20Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Bags/abra href=http://astore.amazon.com/ao.smith.water.heaters.prices.reviews-20AO Smith Water Heaters/abr
NEC VersaPro Ultralite is one amazing ultraportable computer packing a Core i7-620UM ULV processor and a claimed battery runtime of 12 hours. The notebook is just 0.45mm at its thinnest and weighs-in at 897gm. Impressive – Very. Coming to its storage, the manufacture allows you to equip it with either 62GB SSD, 320GB HDD or 160GB HDD and the memory can be configured upto 5GB. You get the choice to run 7, XP Pro or VIsta Business SP1.
From outside, it looks and feel like a netbook, but the specs are of a powerful notebook. Heck, they even found a way to squeeze-in a PC card slot into its tiny frame. The company claims that you can get 12 hours of runtime from it, which, of course, is possible with it, but it increases the weight to 1kg. Usually, the machine comes with a smaller battery which still delivers a respectable runtime of 7.7 hours.
Performance-wise, the 1.06GHz Core-i7 delivers better performance compared to any netbook out there, creaming the latest Z560 2.13 GHz CPU. VersaPro scored 5092 in PCMarks test while the new Sony Vaio P with Z560 could get only 1468. This further confirms that clock speed should not be considered as a litmus test for measuring the performance.
So, what is not great about this netbook ultrapowerful beast? The price. Price starts at 2800 dollars (248,000 Yen) and at that price, you can get nearly 10 netbooks with Atom N450 processor. [product page]

Thanks for the good advice. The Disk Image option in Disc Copier – Destination allows you to select DVD+DL and then it creates an ISO file without any compression. The ImgBurn software seems to work well also in that it did burn a successful DVD+DL. There may be some incompatibility with ImgBurn and the DELL laptop NEC drive (NEC is not a listed drive in ImgBurn) and I could not proceed with the normal processes which caused the following log message "User has ignored layer break options and instead reverted to VOBU/ECC search!" What ever that means, it worked.
Thanks again. EMC7.1 is still going well. I also bought EMC8 but it only caused conflict with my laptop (even if EMC7 was uninstalled) so I wasted my money. Roxio does not offer a trial EMC2009 so I'm sticking with my EMC7
